Prior to his consulting activities, Lutz Engelhardt worked for more than 20 years in leading management positions in the pharmaceutical industry. This included multiple responsibilities in Rx marketing (Schering/Bayer) and OTC marketing/sales/business development (Altana/Nycomed). In addition to his work as a management consultant, Lutz Engelhardt was Managing Partner of the advertising agency switch life brands for eight years.

Her focus is on building sustainably profitable business areas, developing high-performance organisations and teams as well as change management and M&A.
In addition to her consulting experience, Gudola Schirmer has in-depth global management experience in the healthcare, beauty and private equity industries. She was CEO of the German OTC business of Johnson & Johnson/Merck, Managing Director of COTY UK and ALP Nutrition and Interim General Manager of Kneipp. At Johnson & Johnson/Merck, she managed various OTC categories throughout Europe; at Benckiser, she headed global M&A; and at Procter & Gamble, she led the German finance division Health & Beauty.
Gudola Schirmer has a degree in business administration from the European Business School and is a certified trainer, including in NLP. She led various seminars at Management Circle AG.
